2004 Golf Summary
In 2003 I broke 80 more than 20 times, shot 75 twice (4
over par) and left off with an eight handicap and in January of 2004 bought a
new house (triple) in Cape Canaveral, Florida intending to play this new season
at the Cocoa Beach County Club. Walter Hagen used to say, “A sporting little
layout” and I’m thinking he was talking about this, Cocoa Beach Country Club.
Last year, and probably the years before I most likely
paid too much attention to writing about my golf and not enough just enjoying
the game so this year, at a whole new course in a whole new environment I’m
going to enjoy it more and write less.
It’s February 4th and we’re on our way to Florida (just need someone to buy our house from an offer at open house on Sunday, the 8th).
