photographs of a painter, working.
Prologue
By now I think I’m on
holy ground, having executed Awareness AND Transitions, landing on my feet at
home and work. Thinking, expanding, pushing on painting much more so than
writing, the good Doctor Olevnik did, definitely, encourage via his presence
and kind words, an outburst of paintings that continued through our times
together. I had to decide to stay at Eastman Kodak or go after sixteen or so
years, and there were interviews and opportunities. For my part, I stayed home
most of the year.
After my boss had a
heart attack, I was appointed his “surrogate” and told, “Just sign his name”.
Home became the prime location for my first total edit of books one and two
(Awareness and Transitions), and when I did go back it was, at least I thought
it was at the times, on my terms.
Alignment was for me
standing straight up, reaching for the vectors of energy coming through the
air, showing me directions at work and home.
Into the Light was
travelling through the “let’s own an art gallery,” question, which we did when
Ronald Regan was President and broke even (amazing effort in 1991 at Rochester
New York).
Calm was about
travelling on, because hey no matter what, look where we’ve been.
I’d love to hear your comments.
