Pat Olson came in and changed everything

not knowing anything, because Harvey said so.

Results were poor and folks became demoralized.

 

Hurt, some left, others slowed down saying, "why bother?"

Pat Olson said "don't they care about the business?"

 

Her theory was "lack of efficiency",

so, send everyone backwards (downwards)

hoping their skills and knowledge would save the rest.

 

Let go of "excess" people, saving money.

 

Results got worse and what do you know,

a new "opportunity" for Pat Olson.

 

Pat Olson moves on to what others may think is "up".

I wonder, and hope she knows better,

looking into the eyes of her fools

doing what they were told other than what was right,

waiting for their rewards. I wonder -

can they not see their damaged souls?
