love Rugby Avenue.
After
ten years living at 375 Rugby Avenue, having already paid $126,000 upon a
mortgage of $80,000 at 11% for 30 years, and with $30,000 worth of improvements
completed, we were unable
to sell for $78,500.
The
mortgage balance was $76,500. Ask me again about banks.
We
refinanced at 6.5% with five years off the remaining twenty from the original
mortgage, and reduced monthly payments by $150. Seems a good deal to me, all
the way around.
I'm
glad to stay at 375 Rugby Avenue because I always loved it
And
there’s so much more to do.
