SCREWED.

I need to finish off the "How I got screwed" thing before going into the paintings. You'll remember I had no raised, no Performance Appraisal (the place where these things are explained), and was given a card (see appendix) indicating so.

I'd sent a request for an explanation and had two events. They went like this:

Colleen said, "I didn't do the correlations, only wrote the appraisal"

(A document by the way indicating I had meet all my goals), yet no advance. I was placed in the bottom third of my "category" and rewarded with nothing.

Pat said "Most of the year you did a job that you were over qualified for very, very well.

No credit for that. That's the rules. I moved you to a new job that meets qualifications, and what ever was "tagged" to you for what ever reason, and by "whomever", Harvey has now seen differently, and you're in good shape now”.

Bottom line, I did what was right and did Judy an un-documented favor and some people (Harvey) can go, only, by the rule. So, I got screwed.

The morals of this place, along with most everything else, have changed.
