Speak:
I've
tried to be my best, over the past several years because I had to. The places
we were in needed my attention and I directed my efforts towards those things I
thought would help us the most. A new organization, which ended up in the
current "cell" structure, and secondly, methods with which to track
manufacturing (data), which was to be used for decision making.
This,
through several changes, some dramatic in "Management", still I have
succeeded with the help others. Some still here, others, not, we have improved
performance to levels never visited before.
To
no avail, as I now realize it is I who has established the baseline, and having
nothing to compare results with, the outcome is dependant upon
"management". The "management" of infinite details will
always want more, and the "management" of tuition will just know when
it's right. God help me, the knowing doer at the disposal of the seekers of
infinite details. "
