I have a file of every
bodies name in one list; a second list I have by area. I made a copy and made a
third list I could add to, and did (a probable zone). These zone areas are
associated with list of equipment needed, an implementation schedule and a
training plan. Each of the documents were assigned to individuals, not
functions. I did this in Lotus Notes and Excell work sheets, which will be
converted to Project Management tasks. These tasks will be done by “all of us”
as a project replacing our document control system(s).
The media is a message,
but not the only message.

THE ANSWER.
Update:
Reviewed the status of
“the vision” with those I'm supposed to work on this with.
Say they, ”Some of us need
more training, like someone to come over an explain what we have, and what it
should go into. We could start this now while we wait for classes.”
I declined a review, as
next week the details come out to “The Evil Lorraine”, with Pat there. The
four-month learn as you go, train, define, move and implement strategy has once
again been put into play. The results; again, nothing.
Next week, numbers for
the vultures to play with.
It’s still the only game
in town for me.
Tomorrow the BVQI guy from ISO 9002 shows up to review our document, and process control systems, and management systems as they interface to the above, and me with a cold for four days now, should be interesting, interesting.
I think documents in motion should be left alone until they get where they are going, and then, perhaps, a file of "in-transit" updates could be applied with a transaction processor.

Two messages today.
One:
Heard over the news,
playing lightly in the background, the Supreme Court, in the near future, will
be hearing the case of a woman who claims to have had what's known as a boorish
act performed against her.
Her claim is that even
though the company knew nothing about the alleged incident, and even though
there were no evidences indicating her career had been impacted as a result of
said "boorish behavior", the company should, and must be held liable.
Talk about a kick back
from the Clinton haters. Everyone could sue everyone else who'd ever hurt
anybody, for anything.
Two:
Heard from our neighbor
at 148 Trafalgar St., a Ms. or Mrs. Eartha Danner (great name), proposing a
HUGE street sale June 20th and June 21st. Honest, an RSVP by May 15th.
She goes on to say, "Remember, your junk could be someone
else's treasure!"
