Lou shows up at my door, as requested about 10 AM

Feb. the 27th,

and says,

“Hey, I'm no tree expert, you gotta call Forestry at 428-7581 (ask for Roger)”.

I call Forestry, no Roger, leave a message.

Someone calls back and tells me

"gotta call Property Conservation",

and I do and they say, "you gotta talk to Ruth Miller"

and Ruth says,

"There doing what?"

I knew it was gonna be a long day.

In about an hour Ruth said,

"I'll have forestry send you an estimate

and in the mean time

nobody will come on to your property

until we have reached an agreement on this.

This in the system under 206109".

I wept .
